By submitting your work to COLLECTIVE MUSINGS, you acknowledge that you've read and agree with the following terms and conditions:

o You are submitting original, unpublished work.

o You live in Canada and are at the age of majority in your province. If you are under the age of 18 or are classed as a minor in your province, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to submit.

o You will not be paid an honorarium for your contribution, but will receive a free copy of the zine if your piece is selected to be published.

o You agree that your work may be published alongside illustrations by La Pimbêche.

o If your piece is selected to be published, you agree that your work can be used for promotional and commercial purposes related to the publication of the zine, without prior notice. We are committed to being mindful and respectful of your work should we use any images, illustrations, or text excerpts to promote the content of the zine.

o You acknowledge that the zine may be sold online or in stores.

o We are not liable for any damage, loss, or disappointment by you taking part or not being able to take part in this call for submissions.

o We will not retain exclusive rights to your work once the zine is published, so you may publish your piece elsewhere in the future.
