RETURN POLICY
La Pimbêche return policy applies to apparel purchased on lapimbeche.com only. Any purchases made in a partnered store need to be managed directly with the store. Any purchases made in a market event is final sale. La Pimbêche accepts returns on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase online. Returns are only eligible for a store credit which will be paid out in the form of gift cards. However, the customer is expect to pay the return shipping cost. There is no refund on the original shipping cost of the item.
Please note that all accessories, or artwork prints are non-returnable.

PROMO CODE POLICY
Promotional codes can be applied at the time of payment. Simply enter your code in the "Promotional Code" field to the left of your order total. Make sure it has been applied to your invoice BEFORE making the payment. Promotional codes are for single use only and cannot be combined with any other code / promotion.
It is the customer's responsibility to add a promo code. If it was forgotten during the purchase, La Pimbêche unfortunately cannot apply the promo code after the transaction has been carried out and the order has been processed. The only exception is if the client contact La Pimbêche by email before the order is processed. Orders are processed within 12 hours. The client must contact La Pimbêche as soon as the transaction has been completed. If the order has been processed and sent, La Pimbêche will offer you a gift card with the value of the forgotten promo code, but NO REFUND of a promo code on a processed order is allowed at La Pimbêche.
